Across twelve days that exceeds USD 1,000 per person before a single bed. Every operator pays the same, and it is included in your rate.

It is in the ecosystem year-round; only the location changes. December to March the herds are on the southern Serengeti plains for calving; July to October they are in the Mara and the northern Serengeti, with the river crossings. This itinerary covers both halves, which is its whole point.

There are two substantial transfers Day 5 from Naivasha to Amboseli, and Day 8 from Tarangire to the Serengeti. Both are broken properly. Everything else is under five hours, and Days 4 and 9 are deliberately gentle.
